Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), SEPA direct debit, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Business clients can also pay by invoice with 14-day terms.

Most apartments offer self check-in via digital door code or key box. You will receive the code 24 hours before arrival via email.

Depends on the apartment — please check before booking. Pet-friendly properties have a 25 € cleaning surcharge.

Yes, all Mieterlux apartments include free high-speed WiFi (at least 100 Mbit/s).

Standard 200 € via credit card pre-authorization. Premium apartments (Park House, Klaipėda) up to 500 €. Released automatically after check-out.

The full amount is charged immediately upon booking. Refunds according to our cancellation terms within 3-5 business days.

How do I cancel a booking?

Via your Mieterlux account under "My Bookings" or via email to info@mieterlux.de with booking number. Standard: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (100% refund), 3-7 days 50%, < 3 days no refund.

Are pets allowed?

Only with prior written approval. Request via info@mieterlux.de at least 48h before arrival. Cleaning fee: €30 for dogs up to 15kg, €50 for larger pets. Restricted breeds excluded.

Can I set up a corporate framework agreement?

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes, all Mieterlux apartments are fully furnished: bed, linens, towels, kitchen with utensils, dishware, WiFi, heating, often parking. Long-stay includes washer + dryer.

Is breakfast included?

Accepted Answer

Not by default — you have a fully equipped kitchen. On request at locations with breakfast partners (e.g. bakery in Heusenstamm): €8/person/day, selectable during booking.

What's different from Booking.com / Airbnb?

Direct from owner: 0% service commission (saving 12-22% vs. OTAs), 7-language platform, direct host contact, better long-stay rates. We are also on all major OTAs — Lodgify channel manager prevents double bookings.
